Welcome to EDEN EXILE CLOTHING (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our online store, website, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
Eligibility and Account Responsibility
By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have obtained parental consent. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or making a purchase.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if inaccurate or unauthorized information is provided.
Products and Availability
All products offered through the Services are made to order. Production begins after an order is placed. Minor variations in color, design, or placement may occur due to the printing process and device display differences.
Product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit the sale of any product at any time.
Orders and Acceptance
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase under these Terms. Orders are accepted once payment is processed and confirmed. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or policy violations.
Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled.
All purchases are intended for personal use.
Prices, Payments, and Taxes
Prices are displayed in your selected currency and are effective at the time of order. Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, duties, or import fees.
You agree to provide valid payment details and authorize charges for the total order amount. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or billing errors at any time.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are fulfilled by a third-party production and logistics partner. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to destination, customs processing, or carrier delays.
A shipment is considered delivered once tracking shows delivery confirmation.
If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier or our fulfillment partner, we will issue a replacement in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in fulfilling orders caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, acts of war, terrorism, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseeable events.
Returns and Replacements
We accept claims for defective, damaged, or misprinted items only. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery via email to contact@edenexile.com and include your order number and photographic evidence.
Returns for size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse are not accepted. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
All return and refund conditions are governed by our Refund Policy.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Services—including images, graphics, text, logos, and designs—is the exclusive property of EDEN EXILE CLOTHING or its licensors. Use, reproduction, or distribution without written permission is prohibited.
Our trademarks and branding may not be used in connection with any other product or service without authorization.

Chargeback Abuse
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve a dispute may result in account restrictions and the customer being held responsible for any associated fees or costs. Repeated improper or fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination.
We reserve the right to pursue all legal remedies to recover funds lost due to chargeback abuse.
Legal Provisions
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver. These Terms form the entire agreement between you and EDEN EXILE CLOTHING regarding the Services.
We may assign our rights or obligations under these Terms at any time without notice.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in that jurisdiction.
