Order Processing

All products are made to order. Production typically begins within 2–5 business days after an order is placed and payment is confirmed.
Processing times may vary depending on product type, order volume, or fulfillment center workload.

You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped, including tracking information when available.


Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our third-party production and logistics partners.
Shipping times depend on your location and chosen shipping method:

  • United States: 3–7 business days after fulfillment

  • Europe: 5–10 business days after fulfillment

  • International: 7–20 business days after fulfillment

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, or factors beyond our control (such as weather or regional disruptions).


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, product weight, and shipping method.
Certain promotions may offer free or discounted shipping; these are applied automatically when eligible.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, we do not ship to certain regions where our fulfillment partners cannot deliver or where restrictions apply.
If your country is unavailable at checkout, we cannot complete delivery there at this time.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the provided shipping address is correct and deliverable.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and local taxes, which are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by destination country.

We do not control or predict these fees. Customs processing may also delay delivery.


Tracking Orders

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order does not arrive within 30 days of the estimated delivery window, please contact us.
We will investigate with our fulfillment partner and, if confirmed lost, may issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, incomplete customs forms, or courier disruptions.


Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.

Unclaimed packages returned to sender are not eligible for automatic refunds.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@edenexile.com, including photos of the packaging and the damaged item. We will review your claim and, if appropriate, arrange a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
