Refund policy
At EDEN EXILE CLOTHING, all products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner. Because of this, we only offer returns or refunds in the specific situations outlined below.
Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@edenexile.com with:

A description of the issue

Clear photos showing the problem
Once the issue is verified, we will offer a replacement or a refund at no additional cost.
Wrong Size or Change of Mind
All items are made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Wrong size

Wrong color selected by the customer

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
Please review the size guide carefully before placing your order.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment and tracking shows no delivery confirmation, contact us.
If the order is confirmed as lost by the carrier or our fulfillment partner, we will issue a replacement.
Incorrect Shipping Address or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to claim delivery:

We can reship the order once the new shipping cost is paid

Refunds are not issued for these orders

Original shipping and fulfillment costs are non-refundable
Return Address
All returns are processed through our production and fulfillment partner.
Do not send items back without authorization.
Return instructions will be provided only after a claim is approved.
